The Shell 2021 Sabbatical Attachment for Nigerian university lecturers application is now open. The Shell Nigeria Sabbatical Attachment is offered to qualified university lecturers from Nigeria who have attained the rank of senior lecturer and above.
Shell is inviting application for the Sabbatical Attachment programme which provides an opportunity for selected lecturers to undertake research or other activities that would contribute to The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd. (SPDC). It also offers them avenue to acquire industry-related experience and lectureship at the SPDC JV Centres of Excellence (CoE).

Shell 2021 Sabbatical Attachment Requirements And Eligibility
Applicants interested in submitting application for the Shell Nigeria 2021 Sabbatical Attachment programme should
Be a Nigeria citizen who is a senior lecturer or other higher rank lecturing at a recognized Nigeria university.
Have a valid email address
Have a valid phone number.
Submit an application online using the online form.
Applicants are to provide a summary (400 words maximum) of how the candidate intends to add value to the SCiN business.
Fill form and provide personal and educational details.
Relevant Work Experience
Provide references (Maximum of three (3) referees)
An application letter stating team/discipline of interest.
A research proposal including: Study background, technical objectives, /methodology/data required, and expected outcome (1300 words maximum).
Shell 2021 Sabbatical Attachment Documentation Required
The following documents are required when making application for the 2021 postgraduate research internship programme.
A summary of how the candidate intends to add value to the SCiN business during the 12 months sabbatical (400 words maximum)
Research Proposal including: Study background, technical objectives, /methodology/data required, and expected outcome (1300 words maximum).
Application letter stating team/discipline of interest.
Maximum of three (3) referees
