The Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship for international students is valued for £2,500 to £15,000.

Eligibility and Requirements
To be considered for the University of York Vice Chancellor scholarship, applicants must
- Be an international (non-EU) students. Students from the following regions
Latin America
Middle East and North Africa
Southeast Asia
Sub-Saharan Africa - Have applied for admission to undertake either undergraduate or postgraduate study and be given a conditional or unconditional offer to study at the University of York by 30 April 2020 (you don’t need to have accepted the offer)
- Have met the language condition by 30 April 2020 (Vice Chancellor’s only).
- Applying to pursue a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught masters course based on the University of York campus.
- Be paying fees at the overseas fee rate (any fee assessments must be completed by 30 April 2020)
NOTE: You’re eligible for different levels of award, and the allocation of awards available to you depend on your nationality and country of residence. Some awards are available to all international (non-EU) students.
Who is Not Eligible for University of York Vice Chancellors Scholarship
Candidates who hold a 100 per cent tuition fee scholarship or are fully sponsored
Candidates who are an undergraduate student and have made us your insurance choice before 30 April 2020.
